At Raven Forge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't fit your vision, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the items are free from perfume or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our forge team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
